Every spring we take about 3-4 weeks pruning after the cold winter weather has subsided.

The leaves protect the ripening walnut fruit from the sun. Irrigation is daily and we keep waiting for harvest time.
And then the Harvest Time
Walnut harvest at Hırka Mountain is around September – October, when it’s a bit cooler outside.
