Pruning

Almond pruning is in springtime. The biggest danger for the newly pruned trees is spring frosts.

Bees are Essential for Pollination

We get a lot of help from trees for the almonds to be pollinated. Even though we’re not professional beekeepers, our families do use the honey coming from the bees all winter long.

Midsummer

We await the harvest time with plenty of irrigation and fertilization.

Harvest Time

We start harvest around September with the ripe almonds.
